3. As is the case with Hilton, this is a very well-appointed hotel, with a clean and comfortable room, adequate bathroom, and good facilities (fitness center, rooftop heated pool and hot tub, expansive lobby), but we encountered numerous problems when dealing with the staff.

4. On the first floor is a small business center with two PC's, a copier, printer, etc. There is also a small outdoor swimming pool with a water fall and a medium sized fitness center.

10. Granted, a high rise hotel in the heart of any major city, particularly one named 'Hilton', is naturally going to be off the budget travelers list, but expect to pay, handsomely, for parking ($24 a night), WI-FI ($6 an hour), the fitness center($10), a roll- away bed at $15 a night.
