1. Service from all staff was excellent - where the place let itself down the most was the complimentary continental breakfast.

2. Al in all, not great - the front desk/lobby staff need a crash course in what's around the area to suggest to travellers, and also customer service - but the room was clean, toilet paper folded into a faultless point, and the area it's located in is great.

10. Upon asking is there any chance you could put this in the trash (old luggage labels, baring in mind this is after tipping them twice he simply points across the room!) Excellent service thanks.
