1. However, the manager, Steve, is the best thing about the hotel as he really tried to accommodate, but you can only do so much with what you have.

I arrived to be told that my booking had been cancelled by the agent, however the hotel manager helped me out and upgraded me (I ended up in a suite, so no complaints there!)The hotel is a bit dark as you go into the lobby but my room was enormous and the windows allowed the sunlight in all day long.

5. When I called for clean towels the Sunday December 18 manager told me to tuff it out.

10. I called and they refunded me back one night stay and washed my clothes, but the manager denied his staff would do anything like this and did not even begin an investigation until I requested it.
