1. Starbucks is across the road (opening from 05:30 in the week and 07:00 on Sundays) and the hotel does have free coffee in the lobby area at certain times of day.

The cleanliness, huge guest rooms, giant bathroom with bright lights and heater, comfy bed; amazing city views from the large windows-enjoyed a bottle of wine from way up there, free NY times newspaper in the a.m. at our door, hot coffee and continental breakfast, and yummy NYC apples in lobby all added to up to a great one night stay in NYC.
