1. When I got to the room it was spacious, if a little sparse, but had wonderful oversized beds - with plenty of pillows/nice sheets.

7. Arrived & checked in at 3:30pm to discover only two towels in the bathroom so called down to the Front Desk right away reminding them we had FOUR people and needed provisions for FOUR, including the sofa to be tuned into a bed with linens & pillows along with adequate towels.
