5. Fifteen to twenty minutes into eating breakfast one of the waiters walked over to the table put down what seemed to be a bill it just stated that we had the free continental breakfast and then two arrows one pointing to the word tip and one pointing to signature.

Reception team are a bit hit and miss, we were told that Macy's opened at 7am on the Monday morning it actually opened at 10am so quite a bit of time to kill and I was paying both bills on my card at checkout I handed over my card but they had already charged the cards we presented on check in, bit of a pain, they appear to do what they want rather than what you ask for.

8. When we checking out the woman at the Front Desk said 'Sign here' when she handed me the bill and nothing else.

9. However, they later billed us that is they didn't bill us but when we returned home we found out they had charged us for the extra room but as though it was a second suite.
