1. The reception/checkout staff were excellent, providing quick and early check-in and help with luggage.

2. We were able to safely check our bag at the hotel before check in and after checkout at no charge which was a great plus as we arrived by train and wanted to walk around without bringing our luggage with us.

3. I clerk for checkout at 11:00, on a holiday Monday (Jan 16th MLK day)the other woman present was on the phone and then left altogether.

Reception team are a bit hit and miss, we were told that Macy's opened at 7am on the Monday morning it actually opened at 10am so quite a bit of time to kill and I was paying both bills on my card at checkout I handed over my card but they had already charged the cards we presented on check in, bit of a pain, they appear to do what they want rather than what you ask for.
