1. Maybe one of the best locations in NYC, within walking distance to Broadway, Times Square, Central Park, etc. The hotel itself is a bit disappointing in some of the small details you expect of a nice hotel, e.g., trashcan in the bathroom but not in the guestroom, very sloppy repair in the bathroom, bathroom shelf installed at an angle, noise from the hallway, ice machine not working on our floor, etc. There was nothing major wrong, just a number of annoyances.
