1. Hotel assessed a mandatory baggage handling fee of $7.50 per person, (claimed a union requirement yet no one offered any baggage assistance nor would they even hold the door), auto slide doors were taped off forcing you to struggle with bags through their revolving doors, rooms were average at best with heavy dust along all the baseboards, limited rooms with views, and during checkout caught maids helping themselves to bottled water and cupcakes meant for the kids.
