What impressed me the most was her friendly disposition and wonderful demeanor of taking charge of the situation and accommodating us over and beyond her call of duty - now that is service that is very rarely found in Manhattan where people have many demands on their time and just do not have the personal touch to make a difference personally or professionally.

8. I also thought it was excellent that the hotel room contained a safe which was free of charge as other hotels i have stayed in, in NYC have contained no safe or other hotels have charged me for this service.
