About a week ago I visted the hotel to meet up with a relative of mine who was staying at this hotel and as we were going to catch a show we bumped into the pleasant employee Carmelo 'the doorman', who provided exceptional service and was even nice enough to go out of his way to suggest great restaurants, shows and other festivities.

9. The pros are the price, the proximity of the 57th St/ 7th Ave metro station, Central Park ( 3 short blocks), 5th Ave (2 blocks), Carnegie Hall (across the street), Times Square (8 blocks) numerous good restaurants, and the price is far less than everywhere else.
