About a week ago I visted the hotel to meet up with a relative of mine who was staying at this hotel and as we were going to catch a show we bumped into the pleasant employee Carmelo 'the doorman', who provided exceptional service and was even nice enough to go out of his way to suggest great restaurants, shows and other festivities.

8. We first arrived on Saturday about 4 hours before Check In and the guest services lady was extremely helpful and let us do the check in paper work early and explained we could leave our luggage at the Hotel for a small fee until we were able to get our room key.
