1. The hotel staff was eager to please (at the last minute, we had to extend our stay an extra day and actually received a better nightly rate from the front desk than the negotiated rate we paid through Priceline.

7. After traveling from out-of-state thinking our reservation was secured at another hotel only to find out later that it was not, Elizabeth was fantastic in helping us find a very nice suite at the Park Central Hotel at a very affordable rate.
