1. It location is great, few streets corners from central park and a 15 minute walk to times square, Great shopping close by and all the restaurants you can ask for just a few avenues over.

3. Park Central want an additional $14:10 per day for this, but it is completely free at Starbucks next door but one, free at the Flatiron, (on the street) free at the apple stores on either 5th Avenue or at Grand Central station and many other locations throughout the city.

4. Nice places to around the hotel also including Fluffy's across the street which is a good place for breakfast as is Cafe Metro (both under $6 for a decent meal).

7. Around the corner is the David Letterman Theatre and just up the street is the best soup in New York City @ The Soup Man as featured on Seinfeld.

9. Stayed on the 10th floor with a street facing window but despite this were not kept awake by traffic noise at all.

10. There is a diner across the street that is clean and my favorite is the Brookyn Diner 2 blocks up and around the corner.
