1. Fresh sheets, comfy bed, fab location at the top of 7th Ave you will love this hotel, stayed with my mum at Xmas, starbucks and the tube next door and right next to Central Park- good price also.

8. There was a decent size closet when you enter the room, with a safe, then the bed which was pretty comfortable, but very clean (3-piece sheets, etc) and then a fairly spacious sitting area with the desk and TV.

The hotel had everything you required, good breakfast clean sheets and towels excellent size room, comfy bed and two minutes from virtually anywhere in new york walking as well as by the subway we really felt we couldn't have asked much more from a hotel - the staff were efficient but not friendly but then this is a large hotel with many guests.
