7. After traveling from out-of-state thinking our reservation was secured at another hotel only to find out later that it was not, Elizabeth was fantastic in helping us find a very nice suite at the Park Central Hotel at a very affordable rate.

8. Upon my arrival I was checking in with the Manager, Ricky, who informed us that they did not have a room with two doubles so they would like to upgrade us to a suite.
