1. Joined Kimpton hotels frequent program and got good wireless for free.

2. stayed for business:Pros:- location, near times square, but fairly quiet rooms, (stayed on 16th)- modern fixtures, flat screens, furniture, windows, etc- good bathroom amenities and service offerings, free shoe shines, bathroom kits, razor, toothpaste etc- hardwood in the entrance- nice lounge- free wine hour- free wifi & raid the mini bar ($15) for members, wifi signal very strong- pretty large room, executive suite, separate bedroom, living, entrance, like an apartment- decent sized bathroom, modern finishes- solid bed and pillows- room service, food is decent, chicken sandwich/burger and pizza pretty good.

3. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortably appointed complete with desk, side furnishings, super fast wifi (thankfully free if you are a member of Kimpton In Touch), stocked mini bar, plasma 42' TV equipped with the full array of cable channels, large bathrooms and special Kimpton touches.

7. We were generally quite pleased with our stay: the hotel is in a great location, the staff is friendly, and we liked the little extras such as the wine reception and the free wireless (for Kimpton members).

8. Free Wifi if you sign upThe only negative is the noise from the hallway, it sound like people are going in to your room (if they are going into another) A little bit creepy if you travel alone.

9. We are Kimpton InTouch members and prefer the brand because we like the decor (hip but comfy) and free wireless, and usually they give us an apple or water (not here).
