8. I thought that I had found the perfect boutique hotel for a client's convening but boutique hotels sometimes come with a price: inefficient systems, lack of response, etc. It didn't help that there was a portage fee for each box and the sound person had lunch break scheduled for noon (as union members should) but the AV company of record for the hotel didn't send in a replacement for that hour.
