1. Location cannot be beat (walk to Times Square, went running in Central Park on Sunday morning, shopping galore, great restaurants) yet it was a quiet little side street location.

Some things to look for:1) The executive suite sometimes 'upgrades' during less busy times, totally worth it!2) The happy hour free wine and tasties are a great pick me up prior to a night on the town3) Beware the subway at 49th street - you cannot get from the Uptown side of the station to the Downtown side without going OUTSIDE and paying again on the other side of the street, so plan wisely and check the signs BEFORE you go into the station to board your train4) DO walk around after 11 pm on the weekend and LOOK for the guy doing the spray paintings of the city scapes.

5. + Clean hotel with nice and comfortable rooms+ We had two side-by-side rooms with a common area and door+ Coffee and tea available every morning in the lobby area+ Wall Street Journal delivered each morning under the door and New York Times and USA Today newspapers were available at the lobby counter area.

7. A block from Times Square on the 'Little Brazil' street which is smack dab in the theatre area, and sooo many nice restaurants and pubs around.

10. We stayed in a spa suite, which is one of the nicest rooms, very large, on the 16th floor, and I was happy to say we could not hear a thing from the street.
