4. There were no particular kids attractions in the Hotel but we did not need them - we were in New York to explore the city not sit and be entertained in our room - the concierge printed off a huge list of things to do with kids around NYC which was nice.

5. All the staff were wonderful except for one of the concierge staff who, after I enquired about regular taxi availability (we were leaving at 5am), rather aggressively tried to sell us the hotel's luxury transport at $70 to the airport.

9. The concierge, Colin and Willie were great They gave us directions, suggestions, hailed taxis, etc. This was a birthday trip for my granddaughter and she loved the special treats sent to our room.
