1. We didn't eat at the restaurant but did order room service which was good but pricy (to be expected) I had the burger that everyone raved about and it was alright but nothing too spectacular.

5. What did it though, was that mad housekeeper knocking on at least 7 doors Saturday morning shouting 'housekeeping; will you need your room serviced today?' We had our do not disturb card on, so we didn't get a knock, but you can imagine we were awaken - on the only day we could sleep in beyond 6 am.

6. The room service is very efficient and the Rare bar and grill did nice food - we had the tastiest burgers we'd even eaten there.

The good:- Location, location, location- Checkin/checkout staff - super friendly and helpful- Concierge - very helpful when asked about food options- My daughter loved the sound pillow from the pillow menu- room service was very prompt and tasted great- We ate a Rare for some burgers and fries - very goodThe bad -- Some of the elevators were not working, so there was a wait sometimes- Traffic noise from the street was very loud- Walls are very thin - we could hear our neighbors conversation very clearly- I opted for a swedish memory pillow from the pillow menu, as I have neck problems.

10. But with friendly diners around the corner, wonderful restaurants within walking distance, why bother with room service.
