1. The only negative points that I would consider is the air conditioning system which is very hard to control and the fact that the complimentary Wi-Fi is only accessible in the hotel lobby.

9. To give a few examples: the front-of-house rooms are extremely noisy with vehicles hammering down Lexington well into the night and early in the morning; the rooms are very dark and difficult to illuminate even with all provided lights on; there is no Complimentary Guest Internet service available in the Reception (charged at 50 cents per minute) and the PC's themselves are old and grubby with 1or 2 out of service on my recent visit.
"Not Good Value for Busines Guests " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/30/2011 Vote
10. The check out service was good 12 midday and very uncomplicated, with complimentary PC's and printer to use for any online check ins.
