1. Internet costs $5.99 for 15 minutes which was reasonable & boarding passes could be printed free of charge.

5. Lots of little restaurants, delis and markets are close by so finding food, drinks and snacks at reasonable costs was no problem.

6. Some of the reviews from this hotel were good and some were bad, but we decided to go with it because it was cost efficient and very close to Times Square.

7. Cost matters, especially in Manhattan where hotel prices can fluctuate from week to week depending on season, events, etc. But in any season the Affinia Shelburne continues to be competitive on price and excellent in just about every other way.

8. If you are as cost-conscious as we are you will eschew the $14 in-room web charge and bring your laptop or iPad to the lobby where access is free.
