1. Things like toaster and electric kettle were not in kitchen - but we rang for them and friendly housekeeping brought them up immediately, also more coffee cups etc. Front desk gave us late checkout on last day which was very kind of them and helped us because we had young children travelling with us.

3. Housekeeping services were very good - I tend to be in and out of my room to a tight and variable schedule, so I would call housekeeping to say I was about to leave and would be back in (say) 90 minutes.

10. As everyone else has said, the entire staff (front desk, housekeeping, doormen) was friendly and helpful at all times, the location is ideal (supermarket, Walgreen's liquor store and Sarge's Deli right around the corner - what more do you need?, 4 short blocks to Grand Central).
