1. Had no real problems with noisy neighbors, but the construction on the street outside started promptly an 7am each day.

3. Many times in NYC you can hear garbage trucks and sirens all hours of the night, but this seemed to be a pretty quiet street, even with the police station next door.

4. The Metro Grill was excellent, we had two dinners there ( and across the street Brandon's Bar was equally as good on the other two evenings for dining).

7. Bubba Gumps Shrimp house in Times Square was well worth the visit, we also had a lovely steak at O'Reillys just along the street from the hotel.

10. The hotel is situated on West 35th street & is in a very good position for most resturants (go to Brendan's over the road, it's good).
