1. Management was responsive and after a visit from the night manager to the room things quieted down quite a bit.

9. The hotel manager was down in the lobby everytime we were coming and going, and it is so refreshing to see a manager involved and directly assisting guests with guidance, check in's and bags.

10. On complaining to the front desk they proceeded to ask me 'what do you want us to do about it?' and the manager refused to even speak to me until I absolutely insisted he come out from hiding under the desk.
