1. The staff were very good, and I was efficiently checked in, and was advised of the facilities available such as a complimentary breakfast, a business centre and free wifi.

2. I had forgotten to print my travel voucher, and they were fine about this, allowing me to check in first and settle in, and then print it out at the business centre.

3. The complimentary breakfast is excellent and the hotel has all the facilities you will need including a gym, restaurant, bar, free wifi, business centre with computers and a printer and a rooftop lounge with great views.

The main plus for this hotel is the fact that all the staff are friendly and welcoming, and you feel that everything is done to make your stay more pleasant - breakfast, free wifi, a free business centre with printer, etc. You feel looked after rather than ripped off, which in this price range seems like a rare thing in New York.

6. Business centre where you can use computer, check in on line and print off boarding passes etc. At the end of the street is a subway and accross the road is Macys.
