1. When we arrived it was late but a very friendly member of staff greeted us and we were given directions to our room after swift and easy check-in.

6. Check in was fast and efficient, room on 6th floor with a view of Empire State (ok so you had to kneel down and look up but at least you couldsee it!).

8. As a business traveler the hotel is in a great loaction convenient to Madison Sq Garden, Macys and Times Sq, The redesign and transformation into an inviting grand entry and check-in was a relaxed and comfortable experience.

10. We arrived at the hotel at like 1am in the morning & their receptionist & bellman were sooo nice & very very helpful getting us check in & helping us get into our room smoothly & with no problem.
