8. - no smile yet still added 18% service charge and complained we wanted to split the bill for cocktails and food onto 2 room bills, ours and our friends.

9. No need to find somewhere, no need to book/wait for a table, no waiting for bill, change, tip etc. Food was really freash and the area was open until 11 and then the coffee was made avaialble for the rest of the day.
