4. The rooms are small for sure but we were fortunate to get the one standard on the highest floor which is unbelievably big for a boutique standard and has an huge terrace with a really good view (for Midtown).

7. The front desk girl (Kiana?) was super nice, and while she didn't necessarily upgrade us for our anniversary, she did give us a nicer, more spacious standard room with a view.

8. the hotel itself is wonderful - I had a King delux room which was lovely - very spacious, clean and crisp the only downside being I chose a city view over an option to have a bath which I regretted as the view isnt particularly great.
