1. The service staff was fast, prompt and professional, never had any issues with my room and they gave great recommendations on places to go for dinner.

2. I would not discourage any one from staying here as the hotel is in a great location and the staff first class, but for us we just didn't feel comfortable.

3. The common areas of the hotel are intentionally dark with comfortable sunken conversation areas, the staff was friendly and hlpful and our room was decent size for NYC with queen bed, desk and 8 ft couch.
