1. There was a problem with the hot water in my bathroom shower during my 1st stay, and the manager, Angel, handled the matter very professionally and, frankly, beyond my expectations.

2. I am a regular guest of the Morgans Chain St Martin's Lane hotel in London ( which is my favorite in London ) but was bowled over by the friendly staff great location and sleek style of the Royalton Great stay and hats off to General Manager Victoria and all her staff, I will be back soon.

3. Not only did a receive a swift response detailing how those things would be addressed & rectified, the tone of the email made me feel like my comments were welcomed and appreciated by the General Manager.
