5. We had heard such excellent reviews of this hotel and were a little worried the place was overrated, but from our check-in (and complimentary upgrade to an amazing suite) to our departure, my husband and I have no complaints & beautiful memories of Royalton NYC.

10. Check in was smooth and easy - i'd specified that we would like a soaking tub room (which by the way is just AMAZING) on my booking which we were upgraded to without any cost or problem - they seemed genuinely happy to make our trip as perfect as they could.
