7. The service from the front desk staff, to the bellman to the restaurant staff was sincerely helpful - which is not always the case in 'cool' hotels where you can occasionally get an attitude.

8. I did use the concierge service through the ipad for a dinner reservation and that was quick and efficient and they made a recommendation for several restaurants in the area, emailed me the links, and then made the reservation for me.
