We recently took a short New Year's holiday to Boston and from the first encounter on the phone to the helpful recommendations for dinner in the North End to the restorative bottles of water our valet offered us for the trip home (I did mention it was new year's day, yes?) we couldn't have been treated better.

8. The valet/door man is actually on the side street not directly in front of the hotel for some reason, which unless you go out of your way to see it causes you to miss the really nice entrance they have.
