3. The bed was brilliant I tried to steal a pillow it was so comfy!the cleaning staff were excellent we had fresh sheets and fresh towels every morning.

9. Our room on the 8th floor was complete with king bed, espresso maker, towel warmer, robe, slippers, free bottled water in the fridge (which was free and replenished daily), and turn down service with chocolates.
