I didn't eat at the restaurant, but did visit the bar - it could do with being a bit more swanky in order to match up to the rest of the hotel, but then again: (1) the food was decent, the drinks were poured full, and the staff were on top of things; and (2) it's Boston, and one is only steps from an incredible number of great places, particularly as this hotel is a stone's throw from Copley Plaza, Newbury Street, the Public Garden, etc. Great.
