3. The valet parking was great when turning up late at night, although I moved the car to the nearby Clarendon garage after the first night as this was 1/3 the price when using a voucher I printed off their website before going to pay and is only a minutes walk from the hotel.

4. The room was excellent with a convient bar on the ground floor serving snacks ( Cuffs) The location is great, with a car hire firm (Avis) around the corner, we parked there over night which was cheaper than Valet parking.

6. Each staff member that we encountered was professional, welcoming and helpful: The concierge went out of her way to help secure concert tickets when we were unable to make a booking online; there is an excellent valet parking service, and front desk and bar staff were exceptionally friendly.

8. We cam by car and our first indication that the staff here are trained to go the extra mile in service was the friendly greeting from the porter who took our car to valet parking.

9. Breakfast was pricy se we opted to go out each morning to the local Panera, Au Bon Pan, etc,, and lastly, valet parking is high at $42/ day.
