1. The bed was brilliant I tried to steal a pillow it was so comfy!the cleaning staff were excellent we had fresh sheets and fresh towels every morning.

Pros: - Very very comfortable bed and pillows- Very friendly and helpful staff- Clean room- Very quiet hotel, didn't hear any other guests around us- Great location, perfect for sight seeing and walking to and from the Charles Playhouse to see the Blue Man Group- Wonderful walk-in shower with 2 shower heads (one above as usual, and one at hip level)- Motion-activated night light under the vanity in the bathroom- 2 complimentary bottles of water in the micro-fridgeCons:- The AC has a low-powered mode that it goes into when there is no activity in the room.
