1. They don't come around to clean your room until about 5, but we didn't need cleaning, only new towels since we were only there for one full day, so that was fine.

Well my wife and I were very happy; we stayed for 9 nights, the location was perfect - you couldn't be more in the middle of the buzz of Ocean Drive & SoBe, the hotel looked & was great, the room was fairly large and decent in its furnishing & deco - also from our balcony looking right you could see the clear blue of the ocean!(Our only criticism would be of the cleaning - they could have done a little better at taking care of the room - it seemed like the bed sheets were just pulled up, the rubbish was removed, and fresh towels were put out but no major cleaning or vacuuming took place & stains on carpet) The hotel roof-top pool is also very good, small but perfect to cool you down & the views were awesome.

7. After we called a second time (but at this point it was late and we just wanted fresh towels), they brought us a huge stack of fresh towels and tons of toiletries (which were nice, by the way).
