1. So ok we were not impress so we went to the front desk to ask the housekeeping to change some of the problems and the front desk staff were so concern and helpful but never did they did anything about it, even when the maid did not even do our room!after a fews days of being ignore we just stop going and started looking around for another hotel for our next trip in south beach because never and I mean NEVER will we go back to this hotel because the no 1 thing in the hotel business is the client and they did not take care of us, and a clean room is not too much to ask, I can live with the small TV but not dirt.
