4. In reality the sofa in the room the children slept in was some kind of funny looking futon type contraption that the maid didn't even know how to make into a bed.

So ok we were not impress so we went to the front desk to ask the housekeeping to change some of the problems and the front desk staff were so concern and helpful but never did they did anything about it, even when the maid did not even do our room!after a fews days of being ignore we just stop going and started looking around for another hotel for our next trip in south beach because never and I mean NEVER will we go back to this hotel because the no 1 thing in the hotel business is the client and they did not take care of us, and a clean room is not too much to ask, I can live with the small TV but not dirt.

6. There are no dressing gowns as advertised even though we requested them from the maid every day(it can get a bit cold at night).

Then we were woken up at 7:30am on our first morning b/c our beds were shaking due to a jack hammer outside our room!(no i am not making this up apparently they put us next to a building with LOUD construction, even though there were other rooms available) To top it off, that evening, upon returning to the beach, we found that the maid had taken all of our towels and not replenished them.
