5. Checkin very prompt as was checkout , should have made more use of the rooftop pool, no comments as far as hidden charges that have been mentioned in other reviews, found no evidence of this whatsoever, Staff helpful and polite.

We went to the lobby to have the staff recommend authentic Cuban cuisine restaurants and were pleased with their selections; we asked them to print out our boarding passes since our computer did not have a printer - no problem, they were happy to assist us; and we were allowed to check out later on a Thursday, when things really get busy in South Beach.
