1. We went to the lobby to have the staff recommend authentic Cuban cuisine restaurants and were pleased with their selections; we asked them to print out our boarding passes since our computer did not have a printer - no problem, they were happy to assist us; and we were allowed to check out later on a Thursday, when things really get busy in South Beach.

4. I loved that the entrance was hidden, the doors to the buildings were locked (except for the main lobby building which is staffed 24/7) and you had to have a key to enter which gave me a sense of security.

9. The lobby is on the side of the building, and you have to walk down an alley to get to it (no big deal to us) and the lobby consists of a small room with 2 desks (smells nice in there though!haha).
