1. I would never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family the front desk staff are horrible.

We went to the lobby to have the staff recommend authentic Cuban cuisine restaurants and were pleased with their selections; we asked them to print out our boarding passes since our computer did not have a printer - no problem, they were happy to assist us; and we were allowed to check out later on a Thursday, when things really get busy in South Beach.
