1. We stayed in the suite overlooking the ocean and the room was awesome; comfortable bed, full kitchen in the room, and a spectacular view.

The service was terrible and while half of my group got the one nice bed in the room, the other half had to sleep on the pull out spring bed, with one sheet a pillow, and no blanket, because the hotel said they didn't have the staff on to get us the blankets, or that they couldn't get it for us.

8. Bathroom and products were really good & the bed was very comfyEverything was great my only complaint was we asked for a late checkout as we had a late flight back to the UK and wanted somewhere to wash and change unfortunatly we had to make do with the pool rest room which wasnt ideal.
