1. Based on Tripadvisor rating and an earlier experience in Kimpton Chicago we tried your website and found an excellent offer on dec 23 for the next few days; from the check in we were treated very professionally and friendly; because of our experience and the medical need to stay in Miami we had to extend our stay a few times and were given the same friendly rates for a total stay of 15 days.

5. We received a great rate (I did feel it was very fair compared to other places I've stayed) during an online sale ($200+/-) and I am so happy we didn't opt for a hotel near the airport offering shuttles service to port with free breakfast.

6. We extended our stay for an additional night as we were having so much fun but our room rate was much higher than what we had paid by booking in advance, disappointing but obviously based on availability, etc. The hospitality here is 2nd to none, you will love it.
