Based on Tripadvisor rating and an earlier experience in Kimpton Chicago we tried your website and found an excellent offer on dec 23 for the next few days; from the check in we were treated very professionally and friendly; because of our experience and the medical need to stay in Miami we had to extend our stay a few times and were given the same friendly rates for a total stay of 15 days.
