1. The only knocks are the neighborhood (meh, not many alternative food and bev places within walking distance) and the prices.

6. Since, I booked our reservations (we are meeting our best friends who will be celebrating their 9 year anniversary) I have found price comparisons and they have matched the price with no hassle and we even upgraded to a waterview room.
