1. Our view was nice of the Banana Republic and other shops across the street and was not that noisy but we did stay mid week.

7. The beach is simply the best and you are provided with chairs and umbrella's at no charge offered by a beach service on the beach just between 8th and 9th street(4 minute walk away).

8. The hotel restaurant was a little pricey, but you can go down the street to a cheaper restaurant because everthing is close by.

9. Situated on Collins and acrosss the street are Kenneth Cole, Armani Exchange, etc. so shopping/upscale amenities are very close by.
